If there is a Cybersmart OP on this forum please can you contact me or get in touch?

I have been mailing your accounts department for 3 weeks with no answer to my question. I have tried calling your support desk and the guy I spoke to blew my mind with his arrogance and attitude.
 
Sent a final mail and included Laurie in it and he replied this morning. Im having fibre related billing issues. Hopefully he is able to sort it out.
 
Issue finally resolved, three / four weeks of back and forth arguments and becoming “that person”
