what is your guys take on cybersmart??

It's good if you don't mind not having good customer service and problems with speed now and then.

is it a good isea to go to them if i am going to take a 30GB account with a 2mb line

been with them since 2005. had our ups and downs. but in general not to bad. my line is still with them but my data part is with MWEB since 2010. i find this the best of both worlds combo working the best.

what is your guys take on cybersmart??

In terms of ADSL quality they're as good as any ISP. Tech support is mediocre
at best, and the Accounts department leaves a lot to be desired.

Remember, cancelling an account never works first time with Cybersmart,
this usually requires 2-3 attempts.

or phone laurie... that usually soves the problem 1-2-3!
