Reason I ask is I am at a place that has a Cybersmart connection. As things are now, it's working very well - I just want to know of anyone's general experience with them, etc.

Great speedtests, actual performance, not so great so far. Will change ISPs at the end of the month.

There was an article a few months ago about Cybersmart "refreshing" their website. I see all they've done is replaced one silly mascot with another and the site still looks like a kid's school project.

Cybersmart are you going to make any effort? Your "0 GIG" capped packages have been sold out for like a year now.

I was "with cybersmart" when Crystal Web used them for their backbone. It was ok, except for the fact that they dropped packets for international gaming, and considering I only play League of Legends this was a huge issue. Thankfully CW switched backbones.
