I have made four calls this morning to speak to Laurie. He is on the phone.

I have made 6 calls prior to this the last month wanting to speak to somebody with authority in that place.

He has 30 minutes to call me back.

Please tell me where I can upload 15 e-mails.

I cancelled my account and regardless they still use my debit order.

The plot is thickening.
 
It's sad when this happens. I was with them for years, cancelled my account a few months back - no issues.

I spoke via email to a "Paul" - on [email protected]
 
Laurie phoned me back.
Doesn't know what I talk about will phone me back within 10 minutes.
