Tadej's too nice. And then del Toro didn't even win. That's 2 stages he could've easily taken this year had he wanted to

Agreed but sometimes a great leader makes sacrifices for the team buys him a lot of credit and we won't see an Contador / Armstrong insident although there was different circumstances. Tadej is so far ahead of everyone he will probably win another 20 - 25 stages over the next 5-6 years. Glad for Remco seems to have finally won a mountain stage and should be in contention for a podium.

I sort of understand him doing it for a teammate, but then the teammate must win. Tadej tee'd del Toro up today, but then Remco won it.

Don't think I've ever seen any rider showing up late for the start of his own time trial until today. But I generally only watch the last few riders in a TT. Glad to see though that his time starts whether he's there or not.

Love the fans on these high mountains but some of them are morons. Rubio crashed into the back of the UAE car that had to suddenly stop for fans in the road and had to abandon. He smashed through the rear window and suffered facial injuries. However, this is also exactly one of the reasons why riders shouldn't follow cars so closely. Partly fans and partly his own fault.

They say tomorrow's final stage has been shortened from 133km to 80-something km because of the wildfires in the region.

Not that I mind because for me the final stage every year only really starts when they get on the Champs Elysees circuit.

Some of these descents today are insane. Miss the corner and you basically die at the bottom of a valley
