I have a D-LINK Wireless ADSL modem which I am obviously not using as ADSL modem, it doesn't have a WAN port, only a line port for ADSL of course. Would it be possible to connect my iBurst desktop modem with a straight cable to this ADSL router and use it as a switch to my other PC's and wireless which I can you to connect like my phone and maybe if someone comes here with laptop. I have tried it now and no luck so far, am I maybe missing something? The iBurst desktop modem is probably the DHCP server so I have switched off DHCP on the router.
