D-Link ADSL modem with iBurst

Can this work? I have a D-Link ADSL modem, can I use this as a iBurst router by using PPPOE drivers?

What exactly do you mean?

I think with OpenWRT, you may be able to get an iBurst USB modem working.
From the following post, it sounds like someone got it working, but the post is from 2007:

Depends what you want to do:

1. As stated, is the D-Link modem a modem and wifi router? Model version will be useful
2. Do you want to use the iBurst modem as a fall over or the primary internet connection?
3. Is it the iBurst USB modem or the desktop (USB + Ethernet) modem?

It is a ADSL modem. Not sure what the model number is again, will get it and post it here. Want to use it for the primary internet connection. The modem im currently using is a USB modem.
