Hi All,

I have a D-Link Broadband Router and when I power it up the "start-up" sequence of lights are illuminated but after that the router lights just all flash very dimly and quite quickly.

Any idea what could be wrong?

Is it repairable or must I get another one?

Thanks
Vic

Find the reset button at the back of the device and depress it for at least 15secs with the power on, it's usually recessed so you'll need a pin or other sharp object.

If the lights now look OK you'll need to set up the device from scratch, if the problem still persists and it's out of warranty it's time for a new unit.

Remember to back up the settings first before resetting (if applicable to your setup).
Also check the output of the power supply - I had to change mine after a few years as the output voltage was insufficient/unstable.
