D-Link DIR-825 Samba configuration issue

Hi all,

I'm having an issue where I have enabled Samba on the router and plugged in a USB drive, but no other PC on my network can access this drive.

The error code is 0x80070035:

"The remote device or resource won't accept the connection
The device or resource (192.168.0.1) is not set up to accept connections on port "The File and printer sharing (SMB)".

Contact your network administrator
The computer or device you are trying to reach is available, but it doesn’t support what you’re trying to do. This might be a configuration issue or a limitation of the device. "

Does anyone know how to fix this?

My aim was to make this drive the Master Browser on my network so that I could access network shares from my Oppo 203 player.
