I had two customers lose the power transformers on their D-Link DSL-G604T routers last week in Bryanston. Took them in to Pinnacle today, and was told there's a 7-10 day repair/warranty turnaround!
Can one buy a suitable transformer off the shelf? It's a 12V AC 1.2A transformer. Aren't 12V transformers usually DC, not AC?
