Hi

Can anyone help me with how does one install this on to an iMac using OS X 10.8.2. I have installed all the cables etc correctly but cannot connect to the page 10.0.0.2.

what am I doing wrong?? Please help if you can.

Have you tried 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.0.1 as well?

I recently got a D-Link router and it used one of the above IP's.

Also, set your network configuration to automatic on the iMac first.

Hi There,
Not too familiar with Mac and networking. Have you tried a windows PC and 10.0.0.2?
I would try this first so that you know that the router is working and that the problem would then lie with the Mac and configuring the network.

Are you comfortable assigning a static IP as an interim measure to see if it will help? If yes then take a look see here:

If its Telkom branded then 10.0.0.2 else 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1.

You type that into a web browser. It'll ask for a password, which will be on the manual somewhere.
