D-LINK PROPER SETUP ADVICE

Hi could someone please tell me if i have set up my router cables correctly,red cable from out in power supply to adsl line in router,grey cable from in on the power supply to filter/splitter and finally phone cable to filter/splitter then into phone point on wall.Having problems where downloads go to zero but do not continue,tried different routers,pc etc.

Sounds Like ISP problem phone them

Hi There,
If you try without the splitter/filter does it work?
Sometimes what you think is a splitter/filter is only a splitter and then a call comes in and the download is gone.
