D-LINK Router Parental control not working

DSL-2740U D-LINK.

I can add URL to the Parental Control section under advance, but with the URL added, Day/Times added(Fully blocked), it does not work.
-Parental control is enabled, changes applied, router rebooted etc.
-The TIME of the router is to fetch from PC and is correct.
-This router does not have a "Website URL" block option, this router also does not have Firewall option as far as I can see.

Any ideas how to get this to work-?

Do yourself a favour and supplement that with DNS as well
