Hi all,

I have a dead D-Link switch.
A wrong power unit was used with it and it killed it.

Where do I take this (in Cape Town) or who do I check so I can see if it's under warranty etc.

It depends on the distribution channel, but Pinnacle Micro is a good bet.

Pinnacle are not very helpful at all.

But just FYI:

Comztek, DataNet, Mustek and Pinnacle are the 4 main D-link distributors.

I found that Mustek is going to be the ones I have to take this D-link switch to to have it swopped out, the warranty expires in August 2009.
