I also picked up Raven's Wings as well (no socket) - useless bow - the ravens are aesthetic only - and a Manticore - tried the Manti+quiver for nostalgia sake - man, how did I ever play with such a slow weapon - tried it for about 30 seconds in a run (dropped dps from 1m to 950K) - hit the first elite pack :erm: ermegawd! - switched back to my twin bows toot sweet - bliss!

Next smith visit, Manticore=Lost Soul

Edit: You have the ring, I have the bow :( - actually, I have the boots and helm as well but I also have Marauder Boot and Helm so I need the ring or Marauder Pants or Shoulders...

Edit 2: In the one run a Green Ring dropped - and I thought "YES!" only to follow that with - ah crap, it's a Litany Ring :(

Yep, looks like it - what we do need to do is finish rifts if we're looking for legendaries though. Rakabos (soulsnatcher) is convinced that set items drop more regularly @ T3 - I'm happy to test the theory, although, I must point out that my set items (Nat's bow, Marauder pieces) all dropped in T2 :D

Grim and I also ran T3 quite comfortably afterwards (picked up my third Balefire Caster for the night :( - none of them with a socket so pretty useless in my build)

Want/need

- Nat Ring
- Marauder Shoulders/Pants
- Calamity

/appeals to RNG gods/

Edit: Btw, you guys changed something on your builds in game to make yourselves less squishy but I didn't pick up what you changed :D

Yeah we will have to test that out!
Same here most of my stuff dropped on T1/T2 but i guess it depends really(if your tinfoil hat is on lol).

Oh forgot also got a Manticore drop over the weekend with a native socket but the damage roll was really low so directly to a Lost Soul. I am loving my two 1H crossbows so much I turned my Wind Force 2H bow into a Lost Soul as well. The fire damage with both 1H crossbows having it is insane. Will not go back anytime soon.

Yeah lose concentration for a second and your going to be in a world of pain!
I need a better nats bow, same here for calimity but with a 1.62% chance it.
I need a Maruders Shoulders!

Wots your guys toughness number?

I'm sitting at around 10-11 million (I think) so I can take a couple of hits...

the Asheara's set helps as does my "T3+ Hallowed" that has vit and Life after Kill (give up 1.4% dps when I equip this one over the other one).

Im around 4.3 mil toughness so i can take hits its just those few extra seconds you have with a barb or monk you dont get with a DH
 
I've tweaked my DH again, I think I finally have an idea of where I want this build to go so now I can look for the right gear as some stuff doesn't give me the option to roll what I want, so with what I did at lunch (:p) I'm sitting at just under 9 mill toughness and around 900k damage in game

and I'm criting over a million (is that the right word for the yellow numbers that flash up)? :o
 
With 900k dps in game i would expect to see more than 1mill crits.

On my DH i see upto 13mill crits with cluster arrow.

Btw, 22 souls between two bows (Danetta's set) and I still can't get a socket onto either one :mad: (just for experimentation purposes while I wait for one my fill-in pieces to drop) - want to have fun with FireDamage Vault while still have the RattlingRune effect

I rerolled one after 4 tries then the other on the first
 
How high you crit depends also on what skills you are using to attack with, as they all have different damage modifiers.

For instance, I am sitting on just under 1.2m "paper DPS" in-game, but using Entangling Shot with Justice Is Served (Fire dmg), I can crit around 3.8mil max. Hidden from the paper DPS is the +20% fire dmg from Magefist gloves, and 2x +12% Entangling Shot damage bonuses on items, which apparently all stack multiplicatively.

With a little work, I would like to reroll some stats on certain items to give me more +Fire damage, and add another Cluster Arrow bonus somewhere. Those are the things that make your DPS go to insanely high levels.

Sounds about right, my Entangling shot also does 3mill or so, and Cluster ~13mill based on all the modifiers on items

Did it drop with sockets?

I spent so many souls to get three sockets but it was totally worth it.

Btw, if you have two sockets, gemmed, and you roll 3 sockets, your gems automatically unsocket (just had a thought, is that a cheap way to get the gems out - i.e. roll the 3 socket, but then choose it again, will it unsocket the gems at the cost of soul only - must test tonight)

We want pics!
