I am currently gearing up my wiz then witch doctor and spending all of my blood shards on 1h weapons.
I would like to get a group together to just farm bloodshards i can pay for all the rifts just need speed and max bloodshards!

I will join for that. Rakabos3 runs with me almost every night anyway. Think we cleared that one T3 rift in 5 minutes last night. :D
 
Been reading a lot about the 6piece sentry builds and clearly the best weapon is a 2h xbow thanks to the increased base weapon damage which the sentries use. Kridershot isnt the best option when u go to T5 and T6. Also dont stare blindly at a cindercoat which supposedly is BIS, its not. Common themes seem to be to go for physical damage modifying items an Tasker and Theo.

The other thing to note which i didnt know is that the sentry will cycle upto 3 hatred spenders u have equiped in your skill bar and will rotate through them. So you can have Cluster, Multi and Impale being fired each proccing their specific rune. Hows that for epic. But there is a bug if you use Elemental arrow by it slowing all the sentries down to 1 Attack per second.

Oh and sentries are considered pets, which means tasker and theo is a crucial part of the build

well the lag was totally crap last night!
it ruined my game completly eventually switch to my witch doc who i am gearing up at the moment!

Ye I ran one more rift before I retired for the night. Hope it is better tonight as I must get more blood shards...

Same here if we can blitz it tonight it would be cool, i want at least 1500 shards tonight so spend(and fail getting a claimity).
 
Weird with the lag. Sometimes there is this lag especially when an elite shows up. But then when i play a public game there is no issue
 
So I see a lot of demon hunters rocking the full marauder set bonus with the sentry build. I am dieing to try it out but must first gamble the bombardier quiver (again). How are you guys finding the build? I still love my 4 piece marauder set bonus with cluster arrow, resource reduction and lots of fire skill damage increase. Still allows me to solo T4/5 at a decent pace.

I am enjoying it i must admit. Its a downer to look at other player's sheet DPS and see mine generally lower than most, but it doesnt take into account 4 sentries firing in sequence, each firing cluster/multishot/elemental arrow.

The only problem with the full set is that it takes away a lot of cool items that one now cant use. But with that said its a really cool build. I have been doing the lightning route and it makes playing even on higher T levels fairly easy.

The really nice thing about the sentry build is that you drop them and then, while you mop up stragglers, they take care of reducing the HP on the elites - pretty darned effective.

I have Multishot on mouse button 2 and Loaded for Bear on Keyboard 2 - sentries alternate between firing those two.

Don't have a bombadier so I use the Precision Engineering (I think it's called that) passive to get three sentries up.

Have no elemental bonuses atm - all the bonuses are either sentry bonus damage or pet bonus damage + knockback bonus damage on the Strongarm Bracers - have the opportunity to roll Fire Damage on the Bracer but would have to lose the AllResist which is a bad idea for T4+

PS: Rak get's the extra proc on his sentries 'cos he uses a Kridershot - so what would normally be a spender is a generator (assigned to mouse 1) - so he has 3 hatred 'spenders' active

Hmm, just noticed I'm using Arsenal instead of Full Broadside rune on the Multishot - that's from when I had a 20% fire bonus on my previous bracers
