D3 for the PS3/4?? WHY

I'm quite upset by this because I hate Sony and their Playstation with a passion.

Why the hell Playstation?! They would have been much better served through XBox and it's not a big leap in terms of developing for the PC vs developing for the XBox.

I bet Sony had to shat out some gold bricks for Blizzard to take note and have a "strategic partnership" with them.

I agree, and I love the simplified interface and skills. They applied more or less the same thing to WoW a year or so back. And when I played D3 I thought "this can be so much better on console, not hunched over on the PC and play it on my 43" LED with surround sound"

My gripe is they're bringing it to the Playstation. Probably the WORST platform to do with. And anyone else that's a PS fanboi needs to wake the **** up a bit. It's only recently that the PS3 started doing well, when it came out there was no real games for it, took a few years (and a huge hack or two) before it got to where it was today. Now they want to launch a new system with more restrictive T&C's? You do realize that technically you don't own the game or hardware right? Even though you paid through your noses for it.

Anyway. Whatever. I'm just disappointed in Blizzard for doing this
