The Danny thread is months old with almost 500 responses. There's nothing I can add that hasn't been posted already. That doesn't mean I condone anything Danny has done.

Guilty until proven innocent has clearly been the new norm. Ask Spacey. Once your rep has been tainted with sexual harassment allegations, that is what you and your party will be seen as. That's not a leader you want and if the DA had any clout, they'd get rid of him.

Mngoma said the DA may now find it difficult to achieve its goal of bringing the ANC support under 50% in the next election given some of the developments.

“The ANC is going to have an easy way in terms of dealing with them. This issue becomes one of the issues they will use against the DA,” Mngoma said.

I don't see anything racists in these statements, but just comments on what is required to help win more support In the region.

What I get from this statement is, that the black people from KZN are very racist and won't follow white leadership even if they got elected fairly!

This is sadly, according to me, a national problem under black people...
