Just got spammed by the DA again. I've unsubscribed before though I never subscribed in the first place. What does it take to stop these spammers?!

Spamming is like so bad, but like because it's the DA like it's okay. The ANC must lose at all costs. Don't be a turd. Be a bru.

I don't support the ANC or the DA.

They was f off with their spam.
 
I've never been spammed by the DA. Keep getting stupid SMS's from the Gauteng Provincial Government, though. Or AfriForum, complaining about something, yesterday it was about the Beeld's 'unethical reporting'. :)
 
I receive DA spam via SMS and email, this I can handle, but they also send to my business email and number which I don't publically provide so visibly. Perhaps they have been scrounging LinkedIn and other mediums. No other political party have ever spammed me.

@Biometrics, if you still have the first e-mail, print it, along with a copy of the Headers.

If you have the date and time, or even better, proof that you requested to be removed from the mailing list, print that as well.

Lastly, print the latest e-mail, along with the Header information.

Now you can go and open a criminal charge with the SAPS in terms of Section 45(4) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

Unsolicited goods, services or communications

45.
(1) Any person who sends unsolicited commercial communications to consumers, must provide the consumer—*
(a) with the option to cancel his or her subscription to the mailing list of that person; and
(b) with the identifying particulars of the source from which that person obtained the consumer'spersonal information, on request of the consumer.
(2) No agreement is concluded where a consumer has failed to respond to an unsolicited communication.
(3) Any person who fails to comply with or contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable, on conviction, to the penalties prescribed in section 89(1).
(4) Any person who sends unsolicited commercial communications to a person who has advised the sender that such communications are unwelcome, is guilty of an offence and liable, on conviction, to the penalties prescribed in section 89(1).

Political party e-mails are seen as commercial mail and the SAPS will investigate and NPA also prosecute.

I also received this spam sms, I was like WTF DA why a political party spam then I realized that its a hire a black leader party they may need to hire a blackmamba voter but being me I replied "fxxckoff DA, ANC 4eva"
