Marine did not call anyone here a moron, if you took that insult personally that is your problem.
You on the other directly referenced him as Moronic. That is for your account.

What you are not understanding is that it is not against the rules here to label or insult a generic group of people... i.e. ANC voters or DA Stans or whatever.
But attacking people and insulting other posters will get you moderated.
Maybe you should go and read through the rules again.
Anyway, you have been repeatedly warned. You can't say you didn't see this coming.

I was the one who RBP'd your post as I warned you yesterday.

He only called anyone who is a Cope supporter a moron. So I guess it's okay to call DA supporters morons without mentioning them by name ?

PS : I'm not a Cope supporter. I actually agree that cope supporters are morons.

Correct. Some may consider it trolling, and I suppose it is if he does it repeatedly with a desire to enflame the discussion.
But if it is within the normal confines of discussion, then he may call anyone anything while only giving regard to the normal laws of defamation or libel.

Ok, so it's fine if I say that DA supporters are stupid? Anyway, Marine posted: "proof that anyone who voted cope is a moron" and I replied to that with "Ghoti voted COPE, but I don't agree with your moronic comment". You then decided that my criticism of one persons comment is far worse than criticism of a group of people to which Ghoti is part.

Gary you are showing signs of being a bad mod. I think that you should stick to posting SAPA news and merging duplicate threads because your foray into thought policing will make the MyBB experience very unpleasant. You show complete lack of understand of what constitutes a personal attack, you instead think that every negative assessment of a persons post equals verbal abuse. This is a internet froum: a place where people share opinions, some opinions will be positive like "hey Gary, that was a clever post", other opinions will be negative like "hey Gary, that was a stupid post". Going on a mission to delete every negative post is stupid Gary, we are not in Korea but South Africa: a country where citizens are free to criticise like I'm doing now. It should not be wrong if I criticise Ghoti by saying that he does not understand the effects of Apartheid; it should not be wrong if I criticise marine1 by saying that his comment is moronic; it should not be wrong when I criticise you fallacious understanding of MyBB rules. You and I are going to have a great time playing post and delete.

I am not a mod, my powers only extend to posting articles and merging threads. I can't delete posts. Other than that I am like any other user.
But as a regular user I also have the right to RBP threads.
And I will call any poster out for personal attacks as I have always done, not matter their political affiliation or inclination.

I'm not going to respond to all your trolling attempts above. I'll just leave you with this.

If your post gets reported and it gets deleted by one of the mods, then yes, it was probably out of line. ;)
That has nothing to do with censorship or whatever conspiracy you want to dream up.
It simply is about the rules.
