Erm.. Could you summarize your findings aka "speeds kept constant" or " some days speeds went sooo low"

My down load is half of yours currently. Up load is on power.
Don't know what is happening.

I do have a 2Mb connection. When I did a test last it used to be double of you current speed and download approx. 0.5Mb.

Sorry... was out shopping all day yesterday so didn`t test the line.
