Damn!!! S.A. is really far behind with Internet

Can someone explain to me why we are behind on this issue, hardware and cost wise? Is this purely my tax money being wasted on idiots who knows nothing or is there a real reason?

To answer your question is fairly easy....We are the "rainbow nation"....meaning we consist of many colours......Now....ever wondered what happens to diff colours when they are mixed???...the colour turns to "sh*t" ....

that would be 16gigabits per second which is about 1.6 gigabytes per second. Still pretty fast.
