I have a problme where I seem to always pick torrents that will get to 99.9% and that is it. There will be thousands of seeds but i can't connect to any. I looks at the peers and all of tgen are hanging on 99.9% too. Please can some one tell me how to get around this.

Are you downloading from some public, no registration required site? It's usually better to create an account on a more "reliable" website, there's more likelihood that you'll finish your download without issues.
Anycase, I'm not sure these forums are the best place to talk about torrents etc.

i agree, join a site which requires registration, maybe try pisexy.org etc.
