They didn't run them 24/7. They mainly used during peak times and then also not all of them at once. Where the difference came in is that they had a guy at the helm that didn't offset maintenance like at the paper factory.

The other two, agree. The highlighted one, maybe. The rot is always first in management before the staff simply give up and do the minimum.

Agreed. I can't see them load shedding this weekend judging from their graph today.
Unless something cascades in order.
