Dashboard and Ethernet

I've been using my new 2Mbps modem for a week now but since it only has an Ethernet connection my dasboard is not showing signal strength anymore. Can anybody tell me when the dashboard will become compatible with the 2Mb modem configuration.

Does not work. I have tried quite a few different programs to see what the signal strength is, but not one works.

The dashboard is very poorly designed anyway.Even if you get 100%,your speeds can still vary especially when connecting external aerial. Don't rely on this ,try speedtest.net and this will give you better stats.I understand that you want to check signal strength but who cares if you can test ping and download speed elsewhere.This is what
you really want when trying to strengthen your signal.
