Dashboard Issues

FIRSTLY: If this issue has been addressed elsewhere in the forum, apologies!

My iBurst Dashboard shows a balance of 0KB, although I know I have plenty of bandwith left.

I tried logging into my account on the iBurst website, but apparently I do not have access because my account is with Autopage.

Anybody with some advice how I can see how bandwith I have available?

Available bandwidth is visible via the web site login on www.iburst.co.za.
 
When I try logging in on the website with my username & password, I get an error message. I phoned the Call Centre and I was told this is due to the fact that I'm subscribed via Autopage.
