dashboard sluggish

I have just completed a clean install of windows and reinstalled the dashboard, but it is really sluggish! clicking on the internet link takes ages to load the browzer, but the shortcut loads instantly and the bandwidth monitor is delayed the iburst terminal seams to give more accurate figures!

Very irritating as i would like to see what speeds i am getting!

anyone have any suggestions?:confused:
 
not the speed that is the problem it is the dashboard displaying the right speed like it used to!
just seems like there is a lag when the dashboard is conected. like when you move the dashboard around the screen it takes a few seconds to move. it never did that.

powered down the modem still the same!

oh yeah thanks for the extra 250mb!

Could be a bad installation of the Dashboard. Reinstall and see if it continues its bad behaviour.

tried repair install didnt work, then uninstalled and reinstalled.

still the same.

Shaun, my dashboard hasnt been showing my usage for the past 2 months almost.. is this still supposed to be like this? My dad has his own Iburst and has the same problem..? I have Vista and he has XP Prof and it did work before..
 
As reported above. I have reported this to the iBoss team and I am awaiting feedback.

i downloaded the dashboard from the iburst site but did not help!

dashboard does not show data and the data usage on the website is incorrect.

Do you get daily mails regarding your bandwidth status?
 
i don't really use the iburst email although when i tried to log in i get an error message: you must be logged in to see this page!

Hi guys.

When logging into the bandwidth section of the website you might be presented with a screen with no values. We are aware of this. Please press CTRL F5 to refresh.

The bandwidth on the website and daily mails are correct.

Still checking with the dashboard.
 
Hi all.

There was a glitch this morning which is hopefully resolved by 11h00.

Dashboard should then be OK.
