My girlfriend is a customer, she paid them on the 28th June for July.
Sent multiple proof of payments as requested by them and they still switch her off.
Now trying to get them to switch her back on, multiple emails.
Called them and you number 1 in a queue that never gets answered.
Unfortunately when she got fibre she would not listen to me about choosing them.
Any fibre isp is great until you need their help.
