Hi Captain-Justice,
I would like to champion your cause...my cause too really. I noticed today that MTN have changed their *141*0# recharge option to say that it expires within 60 days. I've always thought it was 6 months. I contacted the call centre and the consultant was coldly adamant that it's always been like that.
I started completing the complaint form, but there's a section requesting the company details - company being MTN I presume. Can you send me the details?
