Hi guys,
I commented in another post - but thought I'd create a separate post :
1) Why don't you guys have a system like 8ta and ADSL ISPs when it comes to caps - and allow an option when a cap is reached?
2) Why does it seem you can NEVER buy on the website? I logged on ... went to purchase data bundle ... and received a Technical Issue.
I'd think the majority of people wouldn't even recharge purely because of the difficulty. I ran out of both my Vodacom and 8ta, and have paid extra to get 8ta running again .... Vodacom is too complex and doesn't work
