MTN website has 2 different prices for 350MB bundle.
1) GPRS data for R169.00.
2) Extended data for R209.00 packet switched.
I don't want GPRS data as I have HSDPA modem.
What to get?
GPRS is outdated.

Oh, did I?
How do I get prepaid data from *141# that is HSDPA?

Hi
The price of GPRS or EDGE or 3G or HSDPA is all the same. Depends of your device supports the technology or not. There is no difference in price. Just load GPRS bundles.

Then MTN website lies to me. Giving me different prices for the same product. Not so?

Data Bundles as an add on to any prepaid or contract number is R169 for 350MB. The R209 price is an option to sign up for a new data contract, which offers a new sim, a modem and 350MB for R209 per month.

Hope this clears it up. Also note that all the extended data options that you see, includes a modem, hence it is more expensive than the add on bundles for the same amount of data.

Hi

I think the site omitted to include that fact :-)
Will take it up internally.
