data caried over from Sept

Is there a problem with the data caried over form last month?

On mine is says 0mb carried over

I have exactly the same problem - 1Gig (give or take a couple of Mbs) was supposed to be carried over, I only received the free 250Mb.

And look at this shocker from my "usage" report (value is mb_balance):

And then (it's between midnight and 5:53 am), my allocated BW drops by 3Gig (which is my package allocation, funny enough):
