Data carry over - Any ISPs?

Any ISP running WD will soon have that ability, rather wait few months to sign any contracts, but prepaid seems the way to go for now.
 
LandyMan clearly doesn't really use the internet if he is worried about data carryover. Or he is a very rich man and buys bundles of data ;)
