First of all thank you very much for the extra bandwith - very much appreciated.

Just a Q, why is it policy for Iburst to only cary over unused bandwidth for 1 month only?

Surely it wont cost Iburst anything to just keep on carying over unused cap?

Yeah, this sort of irks me, actually. I travel over to the UK twice a year for 8 weeks or so at a time, and usually lose a month's worth of bandwidth each trip.

I don't get it, really. I paid for the bandwidth, after all.

Well maybe I-burst can look into this to add more value to the customer & it wont cost them anything.
