Data expires before month end

I took out a 24GB prepaid data bundle with Cell C on 1st March this year. As I understand it, 2GB is loaded each time at the beginning of the month. However I have noticed the new data getting loaded around the 27th, before I have a chance to finish using what I had. It has happened 2-3 times and is getting very frustrating.

Has this happened to anyone else? Anyone here from Cell C who can rectify the problem? Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

The sounds normal. if you check your balance though you'll see the old data hasn't gone missing. It gets added to it, then on the 1st only the old data expires.

Data is granted an expired every 30 days. So if you bought it on the 14th of the month it will expire in 30 days - considering some months are 31 days this may be a few days before the 14th etc. and not the end of the month
