Data Pathway Business ADSL issues

Lately two or three times a week we have been experiencing bad packet loss and very high latency.
Currently we have 80% packet loss and average latency of 350ms when the packets do reach us.

Is anyone else having issues such as this?
Note that Data Pathway is a sister company to CyberSmart and is using the CyberSmart backbone.
