Data Recovery in George Area?

Hi all...anyone know of a place in the George area where my mom can take her crashed HDD for data recovery?

Error message received:
"Windows could not start up because the following file is missing or corrupt: windows\system32\config\system
You can attempt to repair this file by starting Windows Setup using the original setup CD..."

PC not booting up and she took it in to a local repair co. Guy there said HDD has failed but gave no details - or at least nothing that a 72 year old lady would understand! I live in Durban, so can't help too much...
 
It 'might' just be a corrupt file system but without seeing it it's hard to say.

Regardless she will have to courier it to someone.

Eish, that's a bit of a harsh diagnosis! PM user "kilos" and ask him for some advice.
