Data recovery on micro sd

Hi. My sd in my S4 just became ineccessable and not reading in any device. The sd it's self is not important but I need help getting my pictures off.

Can anyone help with how I can get my stuff off or a good contact person in the jhb area who does data recovery?

There are many free recovery programs out there, and many good paid for ones. Try 'Recuva' which is a free one. If that doesn't work try 'Data Rescue' which is paid for software.

This is assuming that your SD card is detected correctly (correct size) by your computer. If not, send it to a data recovery provider. I would recommend Tecleo in Pretoria if you are up in Gauteng.

I have tried Recuva but it doesn't pic up the card. If I put it in to the pc it does pick up but wants to format as soon as I click on it. It gives me a windows unable to format if I try to format

That card has given the ghost,quite a frequent problem that error infact
