Data Recovery Programs

I had a Hard drive quick formatted, thought it would be easy to recover the files. Tried using Recovery my files didn't work at all. Tried Recuva, recovered 8 files (FLV files) that I couldn't open at all.

Now I'm trying Easeus Recovery now.

You guys have any other ideas

I will give it a try, they seam to be able to recover all files but struggle with mkv.

If Photorec dows not get it then try R-Studio, hunt around the net or PM me.

Im trying Stellar Pheonix recovery now, its looking good it can see the folders, movies pics movie sheets everything.

Ponder suggested this program to me when I installed Ubuntu 10.10. I fogot to move my music files to my external HDD. I took a good couple of hours but I got all my music back.
