My cousin deleted all his 1 year olds photos, his wife is going to bitch slap him, lol. Does anybody know where he can get some data recovery software to try rescue some of his photos? ( No he doesn't have a backup)

Thanking you in advance

You don't need Data Recovery (which is usually for damaged hard drives or files), you just need some Undelete software.

Undelete...
Do not install those programs (or anything else) to the drive you want to recover from... or your lost files will be overwritten. Install them to a different drive or to a flash disk. Then run them and let them scan for the files that have been deleted.
Use this program first...
PC Inspector...

Or Office Recovery...

or this one...

Recuva Freeware...

NTFS Undelete...

did he just do a straight forward delete into his recycle bin (assuming he did this on a windows PC?), if so he can just restore them straight from there without special software otherwise follow Garyvdh's advice

I would guess they tried that already unless he is a n00b with computers.
Else... Recuva has always worked for me & its FREE!!!

Havent been able to get hold of so I don't know any more details. Will keep u posted when I do. Thanks for the info guys.

Keep in mind that when you start installing software on a HDD/partition where you are trying to recover files from there is a very good possibility of overwriting the very data you are trying to recover. Best to remove the HDD and recover from another PC or Linux livecd with testdisk/photorec.
