Data Sim activation problems

I purchased a new data sim from Vodashop The Glen. I use a E620 modem via a linksys router. The sim has now been activated but is registered as a dat sim(blackberry):mad: Not what I asked for:mad:

I phoned 155 to ask for assistance. Told them that i cannot connect with sim in router - blue light flashes but not connection. 155 told me that they couldn't assist and that I had to go back to the vodashop because of "paperwork".

I am not a tech fundie but this sounds like a problem that can be fixed by 155 - or am I wrong?

Even if 155 had the ability to change it over the phone, 155 do not know what you signed for, the Vodashop does need to sort it out.
