Data SIM for use in Spain

Hi, I'm trying to help my elderly sister who resides in the UK for half the year and has periods when she goes to Spain for 3 months at a time. She tells me that DATA is very expensive there at about 30€ per month for 2 GB.
Anyone have a contact who can advise the best deals in that country?
