Data, speed upgrades from Smart Village

Totempole: yup, MWeb's been their "upstream provider" for a while.

Just received an SMS from SmartVillage saying one of their "D-Slams has failed [...] which has rendered 48 users without service". Anyone want to take a R5 bet I'm one of them? :/

UPDATE: Hah, I'm not one the people affected - suckers! ;)
