Data - Standard Contract vs Top-Up Contract

My understanding is as follows:-
Standard Data Contract = Post Paid = Open Ended = Use now pay later=Exceed your Data Bundle the OOB SHARK (Out Of Bundle Rates) are billed for.
Top Up Data Contract= Post Paid = Closed Ended = Use now pay later = Data connection terminates when data bundle is depleted = No OOB SHARK.

In regard to this rather old thread, is it possible to change a data contract from Top Up to standard contract ? I have a large data contract and want to be able to use my second router on this but have been told not possible on a Top Up contract - though no idea why !

@Dullstroom -The suggestion is to:-
1) Compose a properly constructed email to [email protected] clearly setting out your motivation for this request - receiving a Service reference for this allowing for 7 business days for an response.
2) Still unhappy with the response then FW that email to [email protected] with your reasons for Vodacom to reconsider your request.

NB: This is known as the WRITTEN Method. This forum has not had ANY formal VC rep for many,many & many years. The last one was Vodacom Data.
