Data Stick Profile Settings

Can someone tell me what settings I must use on a USB stick for the 3G sim?

I am using a debranded Vodacom ZTE modem (using Join-Air) capable of UMTS900

I need the apn address, dial number, username and password.

DIAL NUMBER : *99#

Leave the username and password blank.
