I have now tried multiple times and multiple ways to transfer data to one of my own numbers, with no luck , there is always problem with connection, not enough airtime although i am transferring excess data, contacted Vodacom , logged the issue, but still cannot transfer to my daughter,
Vodacom have so many rules and ways to duck and dive the new ruling of data that cannot expire or must be able to transfer, after 2 months I still cannot transfer data to any of my 5 numbers. Why not a button on app to transfer data to linked numbers.
ICASA makes one ruling and Vodacom adds and changes rules within rulings to suit them.
I still sit with excess 1-3GB data every month , that I cannot transfer to my kids. Yet I pay for all the numbers.
