Data Usage / Data Reports

Is there another way of looking at the data usage info at the end of each month, either on the invoice or some type of report one could request for a number of contracts? If someone has a large amount of 3G/GPRS users on contract, this means having to log onto the website, requesting the password, phoning the user for the password that was sent to his sim, then logging onto the web for each and every phone number? Is there no easier way? Surely with 3G being adopted more and more for corporate use there should be talk of creating a portal for people to use so as to monitor and manage their users. Even if it is only a method to look at previous usage and not "live" data it would help tremendously.
