Database for checking financed vehicles?

Hi everyone

I am new here but I know you are all clever guys and somewhere there must be someone who can help me...

Is there somewhere where I can check if a vehicle is under finance before I make an offer to purchase it as a private sale?

Well the seller won't have the vehicle's ownership certificate or it will state "X" bank on the certificate if he/she has a copy.

This. It's pretty obvious if a vehicle is still under finance.

It just means that Car value app will no longer work after the 31st and you should register for the new one.
