Datacard for 3G services

I am looking for a datacard where I can do the following over the 3G network from a laptop or PC, using the datacard
- voice calls
- Video calls (over the 3g network)
- Content downloading
- GPRS
- SMS
- MMS
- Be able to record calls

Does anyone know if MTN or one of the other providers offers such a datacard ?
