So I used to do business with DataPro. They continued to incorrectly debit me so many times that I sent numerous emails and made calls to them telling them that the right to debit has been rescinded.
That was 1 year ago. Suddenly they debit my account again. I complained and am disputing what they are trying to debit me for. 2 weeks later they debit me again. I lodged a charge with the police.
This morning I get a call from one of their arrogant accounts people who demands their money. I ask that they send me a letter first saying that they will not debit my account ever again. From there we can work out whats going on. She says "I dont care that you have laid a charge or rescinded in the past, I have your bank details, signature etc and will debit your account". This is so typical of Vox/DataPro - total disrespect for their customers. Even if you owe them money they have zero right to debit if you have rescinded that right in the past.
